Did you really need to make Thor a woman? Why not just do an ongoing for a popular female character who doesn't currently have one like Psylocke, Jessica Jones, Rogue or Scarlet Witch? Better yet, why not just do that overdue Jean Grey resurrection story and giver her a solo title?

Because none of that is a Thor story.

And you know what?

It creates ANOTHER female character. More characters of ALL types are good things.

It broadens the universe, adds more depth, gives more avenues for stories and interactions.

And having another character existing doesn’t preclude giving those OTHER characters their day.

So EVERYBODY WINS.

if you fall off the jungle gym, you too will be doomed to the pit

there's very little opportunity to get out, too. the only handholds are the ones on the left. Sendai gets a lot of rain, almost as much as Vancouver, so imagine being mangled from sliding into concrete and having to climb a sheer, slippery slope to freedom. I think I would just make a home down there and give up on life
