That’s the way people looked in the 90s. Fallout from the Y2K cure changed humanity’s genetic structure, resulting in a redistribution of proportions, typically shorter legs and longer torsos.
This is 100% true. I’m still not used to my shorter legs.
Only real ’90s kids remember having long mutant legs.
